This year’s convention itinerary has been thoughtfully designed to offer flexibility and choice for all attendees. Meetings will be scheduled on an hourly basis throughout the event, each featuring a dedicated topic, chair, and speaker. This format allows guests to plan their days around the sessions they most wish to attend, while still having time to enjoy other activities. The full program will be shared shortly.
We can confirm that there will be meetings and activities for both Al-Anon and ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) during the convention.
Both these fellowships will have a separate registration &; information point within the hotel.

We’re excited to offer a lively and diverse entertainment program throughout the convention weekend:
Join us in the main hotel lounge for a Disco and Karaoke Night, perfect for warming up the weekend with music, laughter, and connection. Upstairs on the 1st floor, we’ll also host our first Delegate Jam Session, where musicians among us can share their talents in a relaxed, supportive space.
One of Puerto Pollensa’s top live bands will perform exclusively for our delegates — an upbeat night of dancing and celebration. Our second Delegate Jam Session will run simultaneously in the upper convention hall for those who prefer a more acoustic, soulful vibe.
We’ll close out the weekend with our now-traditional Delegate Singalong Sessions, held on the 1st floor of the Convention space. Expect joy, gratitude, and a lot of heartfelt harmony as we celebrate recovery and fellowship through music.
The Grand Raffle is back and promises to be one of the most exciting features of the weekend. All proceeds go directly to supporting the convention, and we’re pleased to confirm that none of the prizes have been funded by convention money. Prizes Include:-

Tickets will be on sale throughout the weekend at the registration area and from our raffle team.
All registered attendees are automatically entered into two special draws:
Two leather-bound AA Big Books - Awarded to attendees with specific sobriety dates.
Two AA Pendants - Offered as keepsakes to two lucky registrants.
We would like to confirm that all funds gained through this raffle activity and also our registration fees will be used solely to cover the costs of our convention with a prudent reserve for next year's event and, more importantly as per tradition, where they might be best placed to help the still suffering Alcoholic. Following the convention we will be holding a convention committee meeting and will collectively agree on the exact use of the funds made from our event but, tantamount to our final decision will be the primary objective as stated previously. We will inform all our convention attendees of our collective committee decision when made.
