Hotel Cabot Pollença Park Hotel Reservation Details and Procedure

We are now pleased to confirm the details of the special accommodation package for the Mallorca AA International Convention 2025 to be held at the Hotel Cabot Pollença Park Hotel.

We have been allocated a various types of rooms on a bed and breakfast basis, all at a special convention rate for a minimum 3 night stay.

It is important to note that the rooms will be on a first come basis. In order to qualify for the special convention rates below, bookings must be made by 30th June 2025. After this date the rooms will be made available to the general public, most probably at a higher rate.

Room Prices

A 73 € Single room (SOLD OUT)

B      63 € Std twin/double  (SOLD OUT)

C 71 € Std Sea View twin/double (4 LEFT)

D 66 € Superior twin/double (12 LEFT)

E 74 € Superior Sea View twin/double (SOLD OUT)

F 76 € Superior Junior Suite (SOLD OUT)

Availability

There are a limited number of rooms of each variety and these are offered on a first come first served basis.

Current Rooms availability is reviewed and updated on a daily basis.

Upgrades

Accommodation can be upgraded at special rates to either half board for 10€ per day or full board for 22€ per day.

Single Occupancy

Single occupancy for twin, double or junior suites  will be charged at an extra 24€ per night.

Minimum Stay

The booking offer is based on a minimum of a 3 nights stay

Payment

A 25 % deposit will be required to secure your booking and the hotel will contact you directly to take payment. The remaining balance must be paid to the hotel by 14th July 2025.

Changes and or Cancellation

Any amendments to reservations must be requested before 7th September 2025.

If for any reason the booking has to be cancelled before the 30th June 2025 this will be will be free of charge. Cancellations after 1st July 2025 will incur a charge of 25% of total  booking cost, no refunds will be made on cancellations made after 9th September 2025.

Tourist Tax

Tourist Tax is not included and must be paid on arrival at the hotel.

AA Mallorca Reservations Team will coordinate your booking with the Hotel.
