Hotel Cabot Pollença Park Hotel Reservation Details and Procedure

If you are one of the 107 rooms currently booked please note the Hotel will be in touch with you in March to firm up the details of your stay and take a deposit.

Current Room Availability

The hotel has now made available to us TEN of their luxury apartments which are situated just a short walk from the main hotel building. The apartments sleep two adults in comfort. We have been given preferential price of 115€ per night on an accommodation only basis.

These apartments are on a first come first served basis please complete the form below if you would like to book.

Current availability is reviewed and updated on a daily basis.

Upgrades

The hotel have also offered the opportunity to dine at the hotel whilst staying in the apartment and the options are as follows:

Breakfast @ 10 euros

Half board @ 20 euros

All inclusive @ 42 euros

Minimum Stay

The booking offer is based on a minimum of a 3 nights stay

Payment

A 25 % deposit will be required to secure your booking and the hotel will contact you in March to take payment. The remaining balance must be paid to the hotel by 14th July 2025.

Changes and or Cancellation

Any amendments to reservations must be requested before 7th September 2025.

If for any reason the booking has to be cancelled before the 30th June 2025 this will be will be free of charge. Cancellations after 1st July 2025 will incur a charge of 25% of total  booking cost, no refunds will be made on cancellations made after 9th September 2025.

Tourist Tax

Tourist Tax is not included and must be paid on arrival at the hotel.

AA Mallorca Reservations Team will coordinate your booking with the Hotel.
